You are invited to recommend a Woodland Hills High School Senior to receive a cash award at graduation this school year.
Any senior is eligible who has made an active contribution to environmental conservation, education, legislation, or research – particularly within the school district or the communities it serves. Community projects might include parks conservation or upgrades, erosion control, native plantings and the like. School projects might include recycling, energy conservation, biodiversity assessment, habitat improvement, etc. These are just some examples; innovation is encouraged. We are looking for applicants who have done some innovative environmental work; academic ability and grades are strictly secondary in considering a student for this award. Copies of the application form can be downloaded at this link.
