Open Position - Environmental Technician

CP Environmental Group (CPEG) is a privately held environmental consulting firm providing Business Solutions to our clients' environmental challenges. Our backlog and continuing new business is providing opportunities for qualified candidates. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Environmental Technician for our team with 0-4 years experience. Position includes performing Phase I/II ESAs, asbestos inspections, remediation system O&M, soil and groundwater sampling, and asbestos abatement management/air monitoring. The selected professional will be responsible for preparing field notes and documentation, draft report preparation, and good communication with project managers and clients. Geology, engineering, or environmental science degree, 40-hr HAZWOPER, asbestos certifications, and/or related training preferred but not required. Some travel is required. Training in appropriate areas will be provided.
