CPEG was selected to receive the Woman 
Business of the Year Award at the 23rdannual Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week celebration held in October 2008 at the Duquesne University Power Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh MED Week Awards Gala is held to honor the outstanding minority entrepreneurs and business advocates for their significant contributions and achievements.
National MED Week is an annual celebration in recognition of the contributions made by minority businesses to the Nation’s economy. The Pittsburgh celebration is sponsored by the SBA, the Diversity Business Resource Center and the Pittsburgh Minority Business Opportunity Committee.
