We believe the quality and accuracy of the services we provide are the foundations on which we build confidence and trust with our clients; therefore, we insist on a dynamic, well communicated quality management system throughout our organization.  CPEG associates must recognize and adhere to the quality directives and implications of this manual and its subordinate documents.  Accordingly, CPEG has developed the following quality policy statement to succinctly summarize our commitment to quality work and continuous improvement: 

“It is the policy of CP Environmental Group to provide quality work, services, and products that meet or exceed the expectations and requirements of its clients. The Company is committed to continuous quality improvement through involvement of all personnel in a systematic, logical process to continually improve the Company’s work practices and procedures.”

 CPEG’s Continuous Quality Improvement process has been developed to ensure conformance to specified requirements, procedures and practices. A part of this process is the formal Quality Assurance Manual that documents the CPEG commitment to quality along with providing policies and procedures to ensure that the highest quality work is performed.
